Cavalry is a nurse-led, family-owned company. Our CEO, Rory, is a nurse himself and worked in palliative care and service-improvement for many years.
Rory grew up in a family where care was part of everyday life: his mum is a wheelchair user and his dad cares for her, enabling her to have a successful career, despite her disability. Both are now Directors of Cavalry.
Rory created Cavalry to bring values-driven, empowering care – backed by rigorous clinical expertise – to those who need it most.
The story so far...
Cavalry began, in August 2018, as a nursing agency, providing high-quality temporary healthcare staff to nursing homes, care homes and hospices, but we soon also became a care provider in our own right, starting our Complex Care at Home service from our Liverpool Branch in March 2020 and quickly growing a waiting list of clients, adding our Specialist Support Services in 2022.
We now have multiple nursing agency and Complex Care branches throughout the North and are looking to expand nationally over the coming years.
