Quality
We have rigorous, values-based recruitment processes, so that our clients can be confident in the staff we send them, ensuring they have a current, enhanced DBS check, 2 references, at least 6 months’ experience and the correct in-date training and qualifications for the job.
Customer Service
Our local coordinators carefully match the right staff member to the right assignment and keep our clients informed at all times. We have dedicated account managers and we also have an out of hours central support team so that we are able to action requests for staff and update our clients 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
Urgent Cover
We have a large pool of competent and caring, flexible and reliable registered nurses, healthcare assistants and support workers and have invested in the latest software so we are able to reach large numbers of appropriate staff to cover your shift as quickly as possible.
Continuity
If you prefer a particular nurse or carer, let us know and we’ll make it a priority to book them for your shifts. Temp to perm arrangements may also be available when a staff member is a particularly good fit for a home.
