We begin by working closely with each person and their family to create a bespoke care plan. This plan addresses both clinical needs and wider aspirations, ensuring a truly personalised and meaningful approach to care.
Care is overseen by a dedicated complex care nurse and delivered by a highly trained team of hand-picked support workers, carefully matched to each individual’s needs.
With our focus on clinical excellence and values-driven recruitment, we support adults managing complex, long-term conditions, those undergoing reablement after a hospital stay, and individuals requiring sensitive, compassionate end-of-life care. Our highly experienced in-house team of specialist complex care nurses ensures that we can safely support a wide range of clinical interventions. Examples of our clinical expertise include:
- Tracheostomy care

- Cough Assist and Assisted Cough
- Oxygen Therapy
- Feeding support via PEG, Mic-Key, or other gastrostomy tubes

To ensure the best possible care, our in-house Clinical Nurse Educators design and deliver bespoke training for our staff. This includes training tailored to individual needs and conditions, such as neurological disorders or spinal injuries, so every aspect of clinical support is an exact fit.
